TERMS OF SERVICE
WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd provides World Wide email hosting. WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd when WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd decides that the account has breached the Terms of Service. 

MAILBOX USE
Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd reserves the right to refuse service and /or access to its mailbox to anyone. WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd do not allow any of the following content to be stored within its mailboxes: Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Local, National or European law. Adult Material - Includes some pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material. 

SPAM IS PROHIBITED AND CAUSES DAMAGE; SPAM FILTERING TECHNOLOGY

You will not use your mailbox to transmit, either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail. You will not use the mailbox in any way that violates the Anti-Spam Policy. 

ANTI-SPAM POLICY
WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd prohibits the use of their Services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail ("Spam"). You may not use any WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd services to send Spam. You also may not deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd Services or WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd customers.

In addition, e-mail sent, or caused to be sent, to or through the Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd Services may not:

* use or contain invalid or forged headers;
* use or contain invalid or non-existent domain names;
* employ any technique to otherwise misrepresent, hide or obscure any information in identifying the point of origin or the transmission path;
* use other means of deceptive addressing;
* use a third party's internet domain name, or be relayed from or through a third party's equipment, without permission of the third party;
* contain false or misleading information in the subject line or otherwise contain false or misleading content;
* fail to comply with additional technical standards described below;
* otherwise violate WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd Terms of Use.

WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd does not authorize the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through the WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd Services. WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd does not permit or authorize others to use the WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd Services to collect, compile or obtain any information about its customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses, which are WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd confidential and proprietary information. 

WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd does not permit or authorize any attempt to use the WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of any of the WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd Services, or that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd Service.

If WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd may immediately terminate any account on any WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd Service which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail to, or through, the WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd Services. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd rights.

Unauthorized use of the WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd Services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender. 


A breach of any part of the Anti-Spam Policy is a breach of this Agreement. WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd may use filtering technology or other measures in its efforts to stop unsolicited bulk e-mail and unsolicited commercial e-mail.


BANDWIDTH AND SERVER USAGE POLICY
In rare cases WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd may find a customer to be using server resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers.

Bandwidth allowance is 100MB per domain per month unless otherwise indicated and overages are charged at £5 per MB per month. Amendments to bandwidth quotas need to be agreed prior to the 15th of the month to qualify that month for the increased allowance.

HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY
Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization. WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd may implement the following policy to its sole discretion: When a mailbox is found to be monopolising the resources available WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd reserves the right to suspend that mailbox immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers. Customers may be offered an option whereby WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd continues hosting the mailbox for an additional fee.


PAYMENT OPTIONS
WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd accepts Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro, Switch, Solo and UK Cheque Payments. WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd cannot guarantee that a service will be provided until after any received cheques have been cleared.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer contravenes WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd's Terms of Service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation. Customers may cancel their account at any time. Any incentives offered to customers when opening the account will also be cancelled. Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable. Customers are not entitled to receive a refund unless WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd cancels the service or in circumstances where WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd is in breach a refund may be due.

INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd server.

DISCLAIMER
WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. In conjunction with The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 WWW.Webvert.Co.Uk Ltd will carry out its work with reasonable care and skill.
